The Why Behind The What We Do 

Kelly Monroe is the founder of Keystone Planning Partnership, a retirement strategy firm. She is also the creator of The Key2Retire Formula®, a step-by-step method for retirement preparation for Federal employees.

Kelly is passionate about using a common sense, holistic financial approach.  She has in-depth experience helping FERS and CSRS employees optimize the full value of their benefits and plan retirement for a strong finish.
